About Bob Kelly

Bob is an active 12 year resident of WSSD and has lived in Delaware county for over 25 years.  Currently a Vice President and Senior Director for Health Advocate Solutions, Bob oversees national distribution partnerships, negotiates contracts and sets pricing for employee benefit programs.  Bob is an active member of the community and coaches for Nether Swarthmore baseball and basketball programs and St. John Chrysostom CYO basketball for both boys and girls teams.

The key issue facing WSSD is finding ways to control the unsustainable cost increases with limited tax dollars, while not impacting the quality of education provided in our school district.  We must also look at ways to better utilize our school properties for community events, like the arts, so all members of the district can benefit.  Bob is married to his wife Rochelle, who is an active member of the WES PTO and SHMS Home & School. He has 3 children currently in the district.
